Shimko, Fischer

An April 29 wedding is being planned by Lisa Fischer and Stephen Shimko, both of Butler.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of George and Betty Fischer of Butler. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are James and Angela Shimko of Pittsburgh and Loretta Shimko of West Mifflin.

The bride-elect is a 1994 graduate of Butler High School, a 1998 graduate of Butler County Community College and a 2001 graduate of La Roche College, where she earned a bachelor of science degree in graphic design. She is employed at Lifetouch National School Studios in Butler.

Her fiancé graduated in 1991 from West Mifflin High School and in 1993 from Steel City Aviation. He works for the United States Postal Service's Bulk Mail Center in Warrendale.
