SARVER — The Horsefeathers 4-H Club of Sarver will host a model horse show at 10 a.m. Feb. 11 in Heide Hall at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Route 228.

Doors will open at 9 a.m.

The show is open to all model horse enthusiasts. The show classes include Western/English Pleasure, Event, Halter, Collectors, Vintage and Custom. Awards will be presented in each class.

Refreshments will be available for purchase and the event will feature several vendors.

A new support group for those suffering from anorexia, bulimia and binge eating disorders will begin meeting at 7:30 p.m. Monday in the office of the Pennsylvania Educational Network for Eating Disorders and the Eating Disorders Treatment Center, second floor, 357 N. The Butler Area Public Library, 218 N. McKean St., will host its Romance Used Book Sale from Feb. 11 through 18.Donations of used books are also being accepted for the Friend's Used Book Sale to be held from April 20 to 22.

NORTH WASHINGTON — A Valentine's roast beef dinner will be held at 4 p.m. Feb. 10 at the North Washington Volunteer Fire Department's Social Hall, Fairview Road.Sponsored by the fire department's auxiliary, the cost will be $7 for adults and $4 for children.The first 50 women older than 18 to arrive will receive a red carnation.
