An April 8 wedding is being planned by Angela Dunn and Robert McKenzie, both of Charlotte, N.C.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Tom and Judy Dunn of Karns City. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are the Rev. Eldon and Maxie McKenzie of Chaffee, Mo.

The bride-elect is a 1991 graduate of Karns City High School; a 1995 graduate of Indiana (Pa.) University, earning a degree in elementary education; and a 2003 graduate of the University of Central Florida, where she earned a master's degree in math and science education. She works as a national presenter and educational consultant with Innovative Learning Solutions of Tampa, Fla.

Her fiancé graduated in 1989 from Chaffee High School and in 1996 from Southeast Missouri State University. He works as a corporate trainer with Wyndham Capital Mortgage in Charlotte.
