A July 15 wedding is being planned by Jill Taylor and Drew Hoagland, both of Abingdon, Md.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Ray and Marie Pugh of Bel Air, Md. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are David and Barbara Hoagland of Butler.

The bride-elect is a 1996 graduate of C. Milton Wright High School and a 2001 graduate of West Virginia University, where she received a bachelor’s degree in foreign language and a master’s degree in education. She works as a Spanish teacher for the Harford County Public Schools at Joppatowne High School in Joppa, Md.

Her fiancé graduated in 1998 from Knoch High School and in 2002 from Grove City College, earning a degree in secondary education. He is currently enrolled in the master’s program at the College of Notre Dame of Maryland. He works as a French teacher for the Harford County Public Schools at Aberdeen High School in Aberdeen, Md.
