A Sept. 3 wedding is being planned by New York City residents Nicole Miller and Arren Cyganovich.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Bron and Debbie Miller of Butler. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Michael and Joann Cyganovich of McKeesport.

The bride-elect is a 1991 graduate of Butler High School and a 1995 graduate of Indiana (Pa.) University. She works at Credit Suisse in New York City.

Her fiancé graduated in 1994 from East Allegheny High School and in 1998 from Penn State University. He works for Citigroup Investment Research in New York City.
