A Sept. 22 wedding is being planned by Jinny Hood and Dale Hertweck Jr., both of Renfrew.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Ray Hood and Connie Hood, both of Butler. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Dale and Cathy Hertweck Sr. of Renfrew and the late Frances Hertweck.

The bride-elect is a 1991 graduate of Knoch High School. She works in the offices of Dr. Dane Benko and Dr. Rita McGrogan in Butler.

Her fiancé graduated in 1992 from Seneca Valley High School. He works for Three Rivers Ice Cream in Evans City.
