A Jan. 28 wedding is being planned by Summer Craze of Baltimore and Randall Fowler of Millersville, Md.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Vernon and Debra Craze of McMechen, W.Va. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Robert and Jean Fowler of Butler.

The bride-elect is a 1995 graduate of Mount de Chantal Academy and a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, receiving a bachelor of science degree in 1999 and a master of science degree in 2000. She works for Booz Allen Hamilton in Baltimore.

Her fiancé graduated in 1996 from Butler High School and in 2000 from Penn State University. He works for Northrop Grumman Corporation in Baltimore.
