Three members of the Slippery Rock University men's water polo team received Collegiate Water Polo Association All-Southern Division honors.
Senior attacker Arseni Grokhovski was named to the first team while senior goalie Glenn Reepmeyer and sophomore attacker Oliver Horrigan earned second-team status.
Grokhovski had 48 goals and 20 assists this season.
Horrigan led The Rock with 86 goals and 25 assists, while Reepmeyer averaged nearly 14 saves per game.
SRU head coach Jim Yeamans was named the Southern Division coach of the year after leading The Rock to a 24-7 record, the program's best mark since a 26-7 finish in 1991.
PITTSBURGH — Pittsburgh Penguins owner-player Mario Lemieux has what the team said is a stomach virus and did not travel to Philadelphia for tonight's game.Lemieux, who played in only 10 games in 2003-04 after undergoing hip surgery, has a lengthy history of health problems, particularly in his back and hip and a bout with Hodgkin's disease in 1992-93.He had appeared in all 19 games so far this season, with seven goals and 12 assists for 19 points. He is tied for second on the team in scoring behind rookie Sidney Crosby, but has not scored in six of his last nine games.
