The Butler Garden Club was honored with an award for outstanding and well-balanced programs by the Garden Club Federation of Pennsylvania, District IX, during its fifth annual meeting Sept. 16 at the Atrium in Prospect.The club president is Merab Drennan.Awards were also presented to several members within the district.Winners at the
