Justin Sadler, a 2005 graduate of Moniteau High School, will continue his academic and athletic careers at Thiel College.

Sadler, who plans to major in elementary education, earned two letters as a member of the Warriors football team and twice earned Principal honors.

Skip Rogers of Cranberry Township won the 10K individual time trial event with a time of 15 minutes, 47 seconds June 7 and the 5K event in 7:04 June 10 in the men's 50-54 division at the Summer National Senior Games.Rogers also placed third in the 40K road course Saturday for a bronze medal and earned a fourth-place ribbon in the 20K road course last Wednesday.

NEW YORK - The House that Ruth Built will be replaced by the House that The Boss Built, if all goes according to plan.The New York Yankees scheduled a news conference for this afternoon to announce plans for a new $800 million ballpark, which would be built adjacent to the current Yankee Stadium and could be ready by the 2009 season.Yankee Stadium, which opened in 1923 to a Babe Ruth home run, is the third-oldest park in use in the major leagues, younger only than Boston's Fenway Park (1912) and Chicago's Wrigley Field (1914).
