Joe Boros and Wanda McGarry of Treesdale Golf & Country Club fired a par on the first hole of a sudden death playoff to win the Tri-State Section PGA event at the Rolling Hills Country Club in McMurray Wednesday.

Using the Chapman Scoring Method, the duo carded a 35-34-69 to tie Matt Gotto and Jordan Craig in the low gross division on the par-72 course. They had tied Matt Gotto and Jordan Craig of Pleasant Valley Country Club before winning the playoff.
