Crystal Chilcott, 12, the daughter of Donald and Shirley Chilcott of Butler, was recently named Pennsylvania's Pride Junior Miss Princess in a pageant benefiting St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.Chilcott is a sixth grade student at McQuistion Elementary School.
