MORELIA, Mexico - Sweden's Carin Koch won the Corona Morelia Championship for her second LPGA Tour victory Sunday, beating France's Karine Icher by six strokes.

Koch closed with her second straight 1-under 71 to finish at 9-under 279. Icher shot a 70.

SAVANNAH, Ga. - Ireland's Des Smyth shrugged off unseasonable wind and cold weather to win for the second time on the Champions Tour this season, a two-stroke victory over Tom Jenkins in the Liberty Mutual Legends of Golf on Sunday.Smyth shot a 1-under 71 for an 8-under 208 total on The Club at Savannah Harbor. Jenkins closed with a 71.

HOUSTON - Andy Roddick easily handled weak-serving Sebastien Grosjean on Sunday, taking a quick 6-2, 6-2 victory for his 17th career title and third U.S. Men's Clay Court Championship in five years.Roddick needed just 70 minutes to complete a run through the tournament field without losing a set.

DELRAY BEACH, Fla. - Lindsay Davenport and Venus Williams won in singles and the United States claimed the doubles match to sweep Belgium on Sunday and advance to the semifinals of the Fed Cup.Top-ranked Davenport defeated Els Callens 6-4, 6-0 to put the U.S. team ahead 3-0 in the best-of-five quarterfinal.Williams followed by beating Leslie Butkiewicz, 6-1, 6-4, in the second match on Sunday, and Davenport and partner Corina Morariu posted a 6-1, 6-2 win over Kirsten Flipkens and Eveline Vanhyfte to complete the sweep.The Americans advanced to the semifinals July 9-10 at defending champion Russia, a 4-1 winner at Italy. France will face Spain in the other semifinal. The French beat Austria 4-1 and Spain eliminated Argentina 3-2 in the other quarterfinals.

AVONDALE, Ariz. - Kurt Busch held off a determined Michael Waltrip in the NASCAR Nextel Cup race at Phoenix International Raceway on Saturday night.The defending NASCAR Nextel Cup champion led 219 of 312 laps on the mile oval, emphatically putting behind him a streak of bad luck that included crashes at four consecutive events, including an IROC race a week ago at Texas Motor Speedway.Busch jumped from fourth to second in the standings, trailing series leader Jimmie Johnson, who finished 15th, by 173 points.

IMOLA, Italy - Fernando Alonso held off Michael Schumacher by 0.2 seconds in a fierce duel Sunday to win the San Marino Grand Prix for his third straight victory and fourth in a row for Renault.Renault has won every race this year, the other victory by Giancarlo Fisichella in the season-opening Australian Grand Prix.Alonso increased his lead in the standings to 36 points. Schumacher's runner-up finish was his best result this season, and he now has 10 points.
