An Oct. 9 wedding is being planed by Tiffany Cihonski and Russ Sarver, both of Butler.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of John Cihonski and David and Melda Peters, all of Butler. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Rick and Kathy Sarver of Butler.

The bride-elect is a 1991 graduate of Slippery Rock High School. She works for Fidelity Information Systems in Seven Fields.

Her fiancé is a 1992 graduate of Knoch High School and the Butler County Vocational Technical School. He works for Affiliated Computer Services in Pittsburgh.
