An Oct. 16 wedding is being planned by Megan Williamson and Michael Palm, both of Pittsburgh.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Doug and Sue Williamson of Zelienople. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Steven and Suzanne Palm of North Huntingdon.

The bride-elect is a 1996 graduate of Seneca Valley High School and a 2001 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh. She is currently pursuing a graduate degree at California (Pa.) University.

Her fiancé is a 1993 graduate of Norwin High School and a 1997 graduate of Penn State University. He works for the Valley News Dispatch in Tarentum.
