An Oct. 29 wedding is being planned by Jessica Porneluzi and Creighton Hogan, both of Honolulu, Hawaii.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Terry and Beverlee Dugan of Butler, and the late Raymond Porneluzi. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Ellen Hogan of Bridgeville and the late Creighton Hogan.

The bride-elect graduated in 1994 from Butler High School, in 1998 from Penn State University with a bachelor of arts degree and in 2002 from the University of Hawaii, earning a master's degree in library and information science. She works as a librarian at the Hawaii State Library in Honolulu.

Her fiancé graduated in 1995 from Canevin High School and in 2000 from Penn State University, earning a bachelor of science degree. He works as an environmental analyst for Designers and Planners in Honolulu.
