An Oct. 16 wedding is being planned by Christina Heichel and David Horvath, both of Greenville, S.C.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Raymond and Judith Heichel of Butler. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Robert and Judith Horvath of New Kensington.

The bride-elect graduated in 1993 from Butler High School. She works for USAirways in Philadelphia.

Her fiancé graduated in 1992 from Burrell High School and in 1996 from Penn State University. He works for GE Energy in Greenville, S.C.
