Houdini of zucchini
George Steding of Robinhood Drive in Cranberry Township shows last week one of the large zucchinis he grew in his backyard garden. A gardener for 20 years, this is the biggest zucchini Steding has grown. He attributes the growth to scraps of filleted fish used as fertilizer and his refusal to use pesticides.
