A Sept. 16, 2005 wedding is being planned by Butler residents Theresa Wahler and Mark Walter.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Kenneth and Susan Smith of West Bradenton, Fla, and the late John Wahler. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Mark and Angela Walter of Butler.

The bride-elect graduated in 1999 from Butler High School. She works for PJAX Freight Systems in Gibsonia.

Her fiancé graduated in 2000 from BHS and in 2004 from Slippery Rock University. He works for Advanced Auto Parts in Butler.
