An Oct. 2 wedding is being planned by Angela Rathfon and Michael Vizzini, both of Pittsburgh.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of James and Judith Rathfon of Butler. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Ross and Rose Vizzini of South Park.

The bride-elect graduated in 1997 from Butler High School, in 2002 with a bachelor of science degree and in 2003 with a master of science degree, both from the University of Pittsburgh. She works as a dietitian specialist at UPMC Presbyterian Shadyside Hospital in Pittsburgh.

Her fiancé graduated in 1995 from South Park High School, in 2001 from the University of Pittsburgh with a bachelor of science degree and in 2004 from the University of Phoenix with a master's degree in business administration. He works as a financial analyst at UPMC Presbyterian Shadyside Hospital.
