The Knoch High School girls track team recenly collected $1,006.25 in donations for the Komen Race for the Cure held on Mother's Day.

Photographer Bill Penberthy of Zelienople was recently chosen to have three of his images shown at the Professional Photographers of America's Imaging USA Convention July 25 to 27 in Las Vegas.

His images were also selected for publication in two upcoming books and a general print exhibition.

Penberthy has operated the Penberthy Photography Studio in Zelienople for the past 30 years.
