Grove City College senior water polo players Jessica and Julie Zedaker both earned Division III Honorable Mention All-America honors from the America Water Polo Coaches Association Tuesday.

Jessica led the Wolverines with 31 assists and 106 steals while her 51 goals ranked second on the team. She scored in 22 of 28 matches, including 13 multi-goal games.

Julie stopped 407 of 709 shots (57.4 percent) as goalkeeper. She also played sparingly in the field, scoring eight goals and 23 assists.

Seneca Valley graduate Brian Stoecklein collected three hits in the Washington Wild Things' 16-9 Frontier League baseball victory over Richmond Wednesday.The second baseman had a double, two singles, two RBI and a run scored.

Jennifer Zuzack, a sophomore on the Slippery Rock University women's swimming team, was named Thursday to the Academic All-District II College Women's At-Large second team by the College Sports Information Directors of America.Zuzack has a 4.0 cumulative grade point average as an exercise science major.She earned three All-America honorable mentions with top 16 finishes at the 2004 NCAA Division II national championships. She was also the first Rock woman swimmer since 1989 to win a PSAC championship when she captured the 50-yard freestyle this season.

Ryan Trulick fired a hole-in-one at St. Jude Country Club. He used a 7-iron on the 185-yard No. 11 hole.
