A July 10 wedding is being planned by Megan Hockenberry of Slippery Rock and Travis Bashline of Parker.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of William and Judith Hockenberry of Slippery Rock. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Wendell and Martha Bashline of Emlenton.

The bride-elect is a 1996 graduate of Moniteau High School and a 2000 graduate of Slippery Rock University, where she received a bachelor of science degree in elementary and special education. She works for the Allegheny-Clarion Valley School District in Foxburg.

Her fiancé is a 1992 graduate of Keystone High School and a 1998 graduate of Clarion University, where he received a master's in communication disorders. He works as a speech and language pathologist for the Slippery Rock School District and also for the Clarion County Infant Stimulation Program.
