Butler County Community College's third Lunch & Learn session about diversity, equity and inclusion titled “Inclusive Conversations” will be held Nov. 10 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the YWCA on West Cunningham Street in Butler.

Elizabeth Short, Butler YWCA executive director, will be the featured speaker.

Those attending “Inclusive Conversations” will learn about ground rules for culturally sensitive conversations that include focusing on the impact of words rather than on their intent and being comfortable with being uncomfortable.

Lunch will be catered.
