Rays even up World Series vs. Dodgers
Brandon Lowe hit two home runs and drove in three as the Tampa Bay Rays beat the Los Angeles Dodgers, 6-4, Wednesday night to even the best-of-seven World Series at one game apiece.
Lowe hit a solo homer in the first and a two-run blast in the fifth to stake the Rays to a 5-0 lead.
Blake Snell struck out nine in 4 2/3 innings for the Rays.
The Dodgers hit three home runs. Corey Seager’s blast in the eighth cut the Rays lead to two runs.
Game 3 will be Thursday night.
