Butler's varsity football team snapped a 24-game losing streak dating back to 2017 with a 55-14 victory over Blackhawk Friday night at Art Bernardi Stadium.

Cooper Baxter scored the Golden Tornado's first two touchdowns on defense, returning an interception 20 yards for a score and returning a fumble 55 yards for a touchdown. Baxter also rushed for two touchdowns and threw a touchdown pass,

Justin Kabay rushed for 128 yards, including a 92-yard touchdown burst early in the third quarter.
