An Aug. 22 wedding is being planned by Kelly Diane Rippin of Covington, Ky., and Brett Bellisle of Covington, Ky.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of William and Rita Rippin of Butler. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Carol Durant and Glenn Bellisle of Knoxville, Tenn.

The future bride is a 2006 graduate of Butler High School and a 2010 graduate of Penn State University with a bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism.

She is employed by Hearst Television WLWT News 5 in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Her fiancé graduated in 2007 from Alcoa High School in Alcoa, Tenn., and in 2015 from the University of Tennessee.

He is employed by C.H. Robinson of Cincinnati, Ohio.
