Truck crashes over an embankment on Route 8
A medical helicopter took a man to a hospital after he crashed his truck Friday night on William Flynn Highway.
The crash occurred about one-quarter mile north of the Unionville Volunteer Fire Department. Multiple departments were called at about 6 p.m. to a crash where a white Chevy truck with a tool-rack attachment was reported over an embankment.
According to Butler County 911 transmissions, the male driver was bleeding from his head and complained of chest pain.
State Police said the man was conscious but believed to be in serious condition.
