OFFERINGS

SARVER — St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 409 Sarver Road, hosts a Nativity display from noon to 2 p.m. and from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. Dec. 8.

Take a self-guided tour of over 100 Nativities displayed in the narthex area of the church.

A Christmas concert will be given by the Kiski Valley Community Band at 2 p.m. Refreshments are available after the viewings.

JEFFERSON TWP — Concordia Lutheran Ministries will host the seventh annual live Nativity scene Dec. 15 in front of the Haven II building at 148 Marwood Road. Performances are 15 minutes and will start at 4:30, 5:15 and 6 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.The scene will feature both staff and residents and live animals. Live Christmas music, hot beverages and refreshments will be provided indoors as well as a gift for children 12 and under. This will be a “walk-through” nativity, so guests are encouraged to dress warmly.Parking will be available at entrance 6 on Marwood Road. HARRISVILLE — Ken Metrick will present at Christmas concert at 6 p.m. Sunday at Harrisville United Methodist Church, 301 S. Main St.A reception will immediately follow the concert. A love offering will be received.

SAXONBURG — Are you concerned a friend or loved one may be fighting substance abuse?Abba's House, 320 W. ELLWOOD CITY, Lawrence County — Wurtemburg United Methodist Church, 1244 Portersville Road, will have 200 Nativity scenes displayed from 4 to 8 p.m. Dec. 5 and 6 and from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Dec. 7.There will also be refreshments, children’s activities including a Nativity they can “play” with, a free Nativity drawing and a cookie walk.
