Police: Drunk man rammed ex-girlfriend's vehicle, also damaged pickup

William J. Fox

A city man is accused of deliberately ramming his pickup truck into his ex-girlfriend's sport utility vehicle parked in Butler late Sunday night. The SUV also was pushed into another pickup.

Butler police allege 36-year-old William J. Fox was intoxicated around 10:40 p.m. when he repeatedly crashed his Dodge Dakota into the GMC Terrain that was in the parking lot of the Cunningham Shanor building, which is on West New Castle Street.

The SUV was pushed out of the lot on the side of the building, and into the middle of Gibson Street. A GMC Sierra that was parked on the road was also damaged.

Damage to the victims' vehicles totaled more than $5,000, police said. All three vehicles had to be towed.
