WEDNESDAY — Roast beef with au jus, roasted redskin potatoes with rosemary and garlic, green beans, wheat bread and fresh fruit

THURSDAY — Baked breaded chicken cutlet, au gratin potatoes, carrots, white bread, gelatin with mandarin oranges

FRIDAY — Turkey chef salad (turkey, cheddar and hard boiled eggs), tossed salad with cucumber, summer corn chowder with crackers, dinner roll and pineapple

MONDAY — Chicken marsala, bow ties, brussels sprouts, wheat bread and mixed fruit

TUESDAY — Seafood salad over mixed greens with tomato and hard boiled egg, vegetable soup with crackers, dinner roll and cottage cheese and pineapple
