EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard the following cases.

Marena Victoria Royal, 25, of Cranberry Township waived charges of DUI and duties at a stop sign. Charges were filed April 10 by Jackson Township Police.

Nicholas Anthony Brittner, 30, of Evans City waived charges of DUI and disregarding a traffic lane. Charges were filed April 15 by State Police. Taylor John Brock, 28, of Pittsburgh waived charges of DUI and disregarding a traffic lane. Charges were filed April 15 by Adams Township Police. Michael Robert Herndon, 33, of Grove City was held for court on charges of DUI, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Daniel Adam Haberman, 25, of Zelienople was held for court on charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, criminal use of a communication facility and tampering with physical evidence. Charges were filed Oct. 22 by Butler County Detectives.
