Sentencing Court

Judge William Shaffer handed down the following sentences on Thursday.

Julian D. Jordano, 25, of Bridgeville was sentenced to one to two years in state prison and a $1,000 fine for possession with an intent to deliver 30 grams of cocaine. He received 172 days of credit for time already served. Jordano was originally charged on Aug. 2 and pleaded guilty on Feb. 11.

Robert Lee Shenette, 41, of Butler was sentenced to six months of intermediate punishment with the first 14 days on house arrest, a $1,200 fine and 60 hours of community service for driving under the influence and driving while operating privileges are suspended. Shenette was charged on Dec. 13 and pleaded guilty on March 11.

Kristi Kae Kiefer, 42, of Butler was sentenced to five years of intermediate punishment with the first 90 days in jail and then the next nine months on house arrest with the rest on probation for driving under the influence and endangering the welfare of a child. She must also pay a $1,500 fine and serve 60 hours of community service. She was charged on July 17 and pleaded guilty on Feb. 11.

James William Johns III, 33, of Butler was sentenced to pay a $500 fine for disorderly conduct. He pleaded guilty on March 18 and was charged on Oct. 2.

Christopher John Cunningham, 37, of Valencia was sentenced to six months of probation, 60 hours of community service and a $300 fine for driving under the influence. He pleaded guilty on March 13 and was charged on May 10, 2018.

Christina Raquel Hansen, 42, of Conway was sentenced to 36 months of probation and a restitution order of $12,215. Hansen pleaded guilty on March 4 and was charged on Sept. 12. She had been charged with false insurance claim, theft by deception/false impression, criminal attempt to commit theft by deception/false impression and intent to defraud insurance.

Steven Michael Plavny, 58, of Slippery Rock was sentenced to six months of intermediate punishment with the first 42 hours on house arrest for driving under the influence. Plavny must also pay a $750 fine and take part in 60 hours of community service.

Kathleen Ann Ayres, 60, of Ellwood City was sentenced to six months of intermediate punishment with the first 14 days of house arrest for driving under the influence. Ayres must also pay a $1,000 fine and serve 60 hours of community service. Ayres pleaded guilty on March 11 and was charged on April 10, 2018.

Wayne Jamir Davis, 21, of Philadelphia was sentenced to one to two years in jail for two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Davis received credit for time already served, allowing him to be paroled upon the completion of a parole plan. Davis pleaded guilty on March 18 and was charged on June 3.

Chakir Errafaq, 56, of Seven Fields was sentenced to six months of probation for disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia. Errafaq pleaded guilty on March 18 and was charged on Dec. 3, 2014.

Kelly Jean Elgeti, 52, of Lickingville was sentenced to 72 hours to six months in jail for driving under the influence. Elgeti must also pay a $1,000 fine and serve 60 hours of community service. She pleaded guilty on Feb. 11 and was charged on Oct. 22.
