The manhunt continues for a teenage suspect accused of killing a man in Oakland Township.
State police say they are still looking for Alec D. Miller, 19, of Oakland Township who is being sought on a charge of homicide in the slaying of 23-year-old Maximillian W. Halterman.
Investigators allege Miller shot Halterman on Tuesday night at the older man's log cabin-style rental home on Davis Road, and then left in his grandfather's pickup truck.
Police did not learn of Halterman's death until about 7:15 a.m. Wednesday after a 911 call.
Anyone with information about Miller's whereabouts is asked to call police at 724-284-8100. Authorities consider Miller armed and dangerous, and advise the public not to approach him.
