Police seize marijuana, cash
FAIRVIEW TWP — State narcotics agents arrested a suspected marijuana dealer Wednesday at his township home, where authorities say they seized about three ounces of marijuana and more than $6,000 in currency.
Tanner J. Kerschbaumer, 25, was arraigned on seven felony charges stemming from the investigation by Pennsylvania's Office of the Attorney General's Bureau of Narcotics.
He is being held in the Butler County Prison on $15,000 bail.
Investigators allege Kerschbaumer sold one-quarter pound, or four ounces, of marijuana to a police informant in a Feb. 12 controlled buy. The deal was for $550. A second similar buy occurred March 10.
