THURSDAY — Corned beef and cabbage, parsley potatoes, diced carrots and iced cookie

FRIDAY — Baked pollock with white wine sauce, sweet potato bites, coleslaw and fresh fruit

MONDAY — Baked ziti with meatballs, marinara sauce and cheese topping, Caesar salad and mixed fruit

TUESDAY — Pork ribette, seasoned potatoes, baked beans and peaches
