Sentencing Court

County Judge William Shaffer handed down the following sentences on Feb. 7:

Jeremiah John Calvin Mackey, 22, of Butler was sentenced to 18 months probation for theft committed Nov. 28, 2017. He must also serve 15 hours of community service.

Blair Chandler Gantz, 40, of Slippery Rock was sentenced to five years of intermediate punishment for driving under the influence committed on Jan. 4, 2017. Gantz must also perform 100 hours of community service and pay a $1,500 fine.

Della Ann Ruminer, 51, of Renfrew was sentenced to one year probation for retail theft committed April 30, 2018.

Barry Jacob Murray, 23, who has no listed address, was sentenced to three years probation for criminal trespass committed May 7, 2018.

Steven Scott Uckele, 39, of Erie was sentenced to six months probation for driving under the influence committed on April 15, 2018. Uckele must also perform community service and pay a $300 fine.

Kayla Nicole Dietz, 23, of Valencia was sentenced to two years of intermediate punishment and six months of probation for disorderly conduct and recklessly endangering another person committed on June 9, 2018.

Gary Joseph Tichansky, 33, of Chicora was sentenced to two years of intermediate punishment for disorderly conduct and driving under the influence on July 28, 2018. He must pay a fine of $1,300 and serve 100 hours of community service.

Ronna Sue Gralitzer-Brite, 53, of Harrisville was sentenced to one year probation for retail theft committed on June 1, 2018.

Dana Nicole Pfund, 30, of New Kensington was sentenced to five years of intermediate punishment for driving under the influence committed on April 7, 2018. Pfund must also pay a $1,500 fine and serve 60 hours of community service.

Carolyn Virginia Kobulnicky, 40, of Butler was sentenced to two years of intermediate punishment for driving under the influence committed on Sept. 25, 2018. Kobulnicky must also pay a $1,000 fine and serve 100 hours of community service.
