Delores A. LeFebvre

Delores A. LeFebvre, 77, of Portersville passed away peacefully Nov. 28 with her family surrounding her.

Delores was born on Feb. 15, 1941, at home in Connoquenessing, to Clair Calvin Weitzel and Lillian Eleanor (Gallagher) Weitzel. She was raised in the Prospect area on a farm.

Delores married the love of her life, Regis W. LeFebvre Sr., on June 30, 1958.

Delores was a member of the Portersville Alliance Church.

She absolutely loved quilting, baking, cake decorating, canning, perfecting her homemade pie crust and spending time with her loved ones.

Dee was a wonderful homemaker, who took great pride in her garden, cooking meals and entertaining others. Delores also enjoyed traveling, camping and boating.

Delores' home was always open to anyone she could help. She made a friend in everyone she met and her warm smile and embrace were shared lovingly with all.

Without a doubt, Delores fiercely loved her family and devoted her life to them.

She leaves behind three children, Karen Reed of Butler, Loree (Gregory) Sydow of Huntington Beach, Calif., and Regis W. (Barbara) LeFebvre Jr. of Portersville.

Delores was blessed with three granddaughters, Brandie Schandelmeier of Cranberry Township, Bobbie Sue (Matt Moore) LeFebvre of New Castle, and Blaine Schandelmeier of Idaho; one grandson, Landon Gordon of Butler; and her great-grandchildren, Isabella and Nicholas Oldaker of Cranberry Township. All will miss their “Bam” beyond measure.

She also is survived by her brother, Blair Weitzel; her sister, Marcia (Kenneth) Parton; and numerous nieces and nephews spanning the United States, all of whom she adored.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Regis; her brothers, Ronald and Rodger; and her son-in-law, Norman.

LEFEBVRE — There will be no viewing for Delores LeFebvre, who passed away Wednesday, Nov. 28, 2018.A memorial service will be at 3 p.m. Sunday at Boylan Funeral Home, 324 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople.Expressions of sympathy may be shared with the family at www.boylanfuneralservices.com.
