EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard the following cases.

Joseph Thomas Anderson, 23, of Harmony waived to court charges of DUI and speeding. Charges were filed Oct. 2 by Zelienople police.

Rocco Vincent Colonello, 32, of Butler was held for court on charges of accident involving an injury without a proper license, accident involving damage to property, driving with a suspended license, failure to stop and give information or render aid, failure to notify police of damage to property and failure to use seat belt. Charges were filed Oct. 29 by state police.
