CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge David Kovach recently heard the following cases.

Tiffany Ruby, 29, of Jeanette, Pa., waived for court charges of DUI: general impairment of driving safely, DUI: highest rate of alcohol and failure to stop at a red signal. Charges were filed June 6 by Cranberry Township police.

Jakie K. Prizant, 47, of Hermitage, Pa., waived for court charges of retail theft, receiving stolen property, identity theft, use of an unauthorized access device, theft by deception and driving while license was suspended or revoked. Charges were filed July 10 by Cranberry Township police.

David A. Justice, 51, of Beaver Falls, was held for court on charges of carrying a firearm without a license and driving while license was suspended or revoked. Charges were filed May 25 by Cranberry Township police.

Blake A. Miller, 20, of Industry, waived for court charges of criminal use of a communications facility, manufacturing, delivering or possessing with intent to deliver, conspiracy to manufacture, deliver or possess with intent to deliver and possession of a controlled substance. Charges were filed June 22 by Butler County detectives.

EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard the following cases.

Andrew Michael Summers, 29, of Evans City, waived charges of DUI, driving at unsafe speeds, disregarding a traffic lane, accidental damage to property and failure to notify police of property damage. Charges were filed Aug. 1 by Jackson Township police.

Daniel Joseph Evers, 60, of Jamestown, waived charges of DUI: general impairment, DUI: high rate of alcohol, disregarding a traffic lane, careless driving and failure to use a seat belt. Charges were filed Aug. 2 by state police.

Cherie Elaine Rader, 53, of Zelienople, waived charges of DUI: general impairment, DUI: highest rate of alcohol and careless driving. Charges were filed Aug. 23 by Zelienople police.

Thomas Owen Mann, 20, of Hudson, Ohio, waived charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating a vehicle without a valid inspection, operating an unsafe vehicle and no reflectors. Charges were filed Aug. 2 by Adams Township Police.

Isaac James Allman, 23, of Lancaster Township, waived charges of DUI, driving at unsafe speeds, reckless driving and driving with an open container of alcohol. Charges were filed June 30 by Lancaster Township police.

Travis Scott Conklin, 29, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of forgery, theft by deception and using an access device that was counterfeit, incomplete or altered. Charges were filed June 25 by Adams Township police.

Christie Lynn Boby, 36, of Aliquippa, waived to court charges of possession of a noxious substance, DUI: noxious substance, DUI: controlled substance and driving with a suspended license. Charges were filed Aug. 3 by Adams Township police.
