SLIPPERY ROCK — The following cases were recently heard by District Judge William O’Donnell.

Eric W. Little, 32, of Grove City, waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lane, careless driving, restrictions on alcoholic beverages and failure to use safety belt filed Feb. 20 by state police.

Jesse James Rudish, 36, of Slippery Rock, pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia filed March 15 by state police.

Brandon Michael Harvey, 20, of Erie, was held for court on charges of DUI and a lighting violation filed March 6 by Slippery Rock University police.

Samuel Gregory Firkaly, 19, of Linesville, waived to court charges of DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia and no headlights filed March 5 by Slippery Rock University police.

James Lloyd Bish, 32, of Mercer, waived to court charges of DUI, disorderly conduct, period for lighted lamps, filed Jan. 28 by Slippery Rock police.

Brianne Lynne Ray, 38, of Butler, waived to court charges of DUI, failure to notify address change, disregarding lane and careless driving filed Feb. 14 by state police.

Caitlyn Nicole Connelly, 34, of Butler, waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding lane and careless driving filed March 26 by state police.

John Edward McAvoy Jr. 52, of Slippery Rock, waived to court charges of theft and receiving stolen property filed by state police.

SAXONBURG — The following cases were recently heard by District Judge Sue Haggerty.

Denise L. Koebler, 41, of Butler, waived to court charges of DUI, roadways laned for traffic, speeding and careless driving filed March 26 by state police.

Colton J. Augustine, 23, of Butler, waived to court charges of possession with intent to manufacture or deliver (two counts), endangering welfare of children, possession of controlled substance, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed March 13 by state police.

Ruth Sylvia Guterry, 24, of West Sunbury, waived to court charges of possession with intent to manufacture or deliver (two counts), endangering the welfare of children, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia filed March 13 by state police.

Matthew George Marchese, 22, of Valencia, was held for court on charges of DUI, failure to keep right, disregarding lane, abandon vehicle, careless driving and failure to notify police of accident filed April 9 by state police.
