SLIPPERY ROCK — The following cases were recently heard by District Judge William S. O’Donnell.

Haley Sue Mott, 24, of Chicora waived to court charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana and driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked filed March 19 by state police.

Carlos Duane Eackles, 41, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of firearms not to be carried without a license, terroristic threats, simple assault, possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, and selling or furnishing a controlled substance to an inmate filed April 20 by Slippery Rock police.

Matthew Michael Craw, 21, of Slippery Rock, waived to court charges of DUI and operating a vehicle without inspection filed March 24 by Slippery Rock University police.

Alexander James Roman, 20, of Mercer waived to court charges of theft, theft of property lost and receiving stolen property filed March 26 by Slippery Rock University police.

Gayje Lee Vilsack, 25, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment filed April 13 by state police.

David Blaton Stellfox, 71, of Prospect was held for court on charges of indecent assault, corruption of minors and unlawful contact with a minor filed by state police.

Shyanne Mae Getty, 26, of Portersville, was held for court on charges of false identification to law enforcement, driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked and speeding filed March 12 by Slippery Rock University police.

BUTLER TWP — The following cases were recently heard by District Judge Kevin P. O’Donnell.

Thomas P. Romspert, 26, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and retail theft filed March 16 by Butler Township police and was ordered to pay $575.65 fine, costs and restitution.

Shane M. Martin, 31, of Slippery Rock pleaded guilty to charges of harassment and disorderly conduct filed March 26 by Butler Township police and was ordered to pay $606.50 fine and costs.

William J. Deangelo, 34, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of harassment and disorderly conduct filed March 26 by Butler Township police and was ordered to pay $606.50 fine and costs.

Marjorie G. Gold, 48, of Zelienople pleaded guilty to a charge of retail theft filed Feb. 12 by Butler Township police and was ordered to pay $227.69 fine, costs and restitution.

Sara Beth Minda, 28, of Butler waived to court a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia filed Jan. 29 by Butler Township police.

Eric M.B. Campbell, 24, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of DUI and careless driving filed Jan. 8 by Butler Township police.

Chante E. Nee, 29, of Sarver waived to court charges of possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance (two counts), possession of a controlled substance (two counts), possession of drug paraphernalia and public drunkenness filed April 9 by Butler Township police.

Misty A. Hamersley, 34, of Butler waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and public drunkenness filed March 12 by Butler Township police.

Bradley S. Burroway, 32, of Emlenton waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving, restrictions on alcoholic beverages, and accidents involving damage to unattended vehicle/property filed March 26 by Butler Township police.

Jonathan A. Lubinsky, 35, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft, theft by deception and possession of instruments of crime, filed April 11 by Butler Township police.

Gregory G. Kretzer, 25, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, roadways laned for traffic, speeding, careless driving and operating vehicle without inspection filed March 13 by state police.

Anibal Gonzalez, 41, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, a turning violation and unlawful activities filed March 23 by state police.
