Charges held in Cranberry homicide case.
Charges against Jessica A. Royall, accused in a vehicle incident resulting in her boyfriend's death, have been held for court.
Charges against Royall, 28, of Cranberry Township, include criminal homicide, homicide by vehicle while driving under the influence, aggravated assault by vehicle while driving under the influence, homicide by vehicle, aggravated assault by vehicle, driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance, recklessly endangering another person and several summary traffic offenses.
The incident occurred March 23 when her boyfriend clung to her SUV as she drove away Friday, before falling and receiving injuries resulting in his death. Ryan Minett, 27, of New Brighton, Beaver County, died from injuries sustained in the incident.
