CONGREGATION B’NAI ABRAHAM

Congregation B’nai Abraham, 519 N. Main St., begins spring classes today and Tuesday. Cantor Michal Gray-Shaffer will teach Beginning Hebrew at 3 p.m. Tuesdays starting Jan. 23 and Introduction to the Kabbalah begins today at 1 p.m.

Both are free and open to the community, but textbooks must be purchased.

The youth group breakfast fundraiser is from 8:30 to 9:45 a.m. Sunday. Donations help youths travel to the national youth gathering.

Church members lead worship with the adult day program participants at LIFE Butler County, 231 W. Diamond St., at 11 a.m. Monday and Tuesday. To participate and help, meet at the church by 10:40 a.m.

GRACEWAY

GraceWay meets at the Center Township Elementary School on Mercer Road.

MaryAnn Mahan and Ruth Ferko provide music at the Sunday worship service.

The nurture team hosts a luncheon after Sunday worship in the memorial room.

The mission offering goes to the McKee Memorial Fund to support water, sanitation and health work in Niger.

The February church council meeting is canceled. Church council meetings are the second Monday of the month beginning in March.

There is a special congregational meeting after the Feb. 4 service to vote on accepting a part-time pastor.

The friendship fellowship group reconvenes after Easter.

ST. JOHN'S LUTHERAN

St. John’s Lutheran Church of Connoquenessing, 100 Main St., Connoquenessing, celebrates the third Sunday after Epiphany with Holy Communion during the Sunday worship service.

The cause of the month is Connoquenessing Area Meals on Wheels.

ST. LUKE'S LUTHERAN

St. Luke’s Lutheran Church, 310 W. Main St., Saxonburg, celebrates Holy Communion during worship Sunday.

The annual congregational luncheon is noon Sunday in Centennial Hall. The annual meeting with elections begins at 1 p.m. Take a family-sized dish to share. Chicken and Reformation cake will be provided.

The sanctuary is open from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday for community quiet time and prayer.

TRINITY PRESBYTERIAN

Trinity Presbyterian Church, 107 Staley Ave., Butler Township, has healing at Saturday and Sunday worship services.

The worship and music committee meets at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday.
