Courtney Mehalich, 36, of McDonald waived to court charges of conspiracy (two counts), criminal trespass (two counts), retail theft (two counts), and receiving stolen property (two counts) filed March 30 by Cranberry Township police.

Kevin Charles Johnson, 69, of Baden waived to court charges of driving under the influence and obedience to traffic control devices filed May 9 by Cranberry Township police.

Christian Connor Baird, 21, of Cranberry Township waived to court charges of driving under the influence and obedience to traffic control devices filed April 7 by Cranberry Township police.

James Kaechele, 30, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence and a stop sign violation filed May 21 by Cranberry Township police.

Robert Lamar Jones, 39, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of conspiracy, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (four counts), criminal use of a communication facility (four counts) and possession of a controlled substance (four counts) filed March 3 by Butler County Detectives.

Rachal Marie Novalesi, 34, of Rochester, Pa., waived to court charges of driving under the influence and speeding filed June 4 by Cranberry Township police.

Loren Calhoun, 34, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of driving under the influence, speeding and driving while operator’s license is suspended or revoked filed June 4 by Cranberry Township police.

Nicholas Timothy Hull, 29, of Cranberry Township waived to court charges of theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and theft by deception filed May 30 by Cranberry Township police.

Harry Audley Flannery, 70, of New Castle waived to court charges of driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving filed April 27 by state police.
