Herold denied bail
The mother of a homicide suspect, also charged in relation to the crime, was denied a bail reduction in Butler County Court on Monday.

Peters was also charged in relation to the case, with two felony counts of endangering the welfare of a child, and was released on $25,000 unsecured bail.
Herold testified that she has steady employment as a server at Texas Roadhouse in Butler, that she suffers from anemia and uterine cancer for which she is receiving no treatment in the county jail, helps her mother who suffers from her own medical ailments and would be staying at her mother's home while the case against her son continues.
“My whole family, everyone is here,” she said. “Plus my son, I can't leave him and I won't leave him.”
