Mission confab set for ValenciaVALENCIA — The Gospel Fellowship Church, 161 McFann Road, will participate in a mission conference with five other churches from the Ascension Presbytery of the Presbyterian Church in America beginning at 7 p.m. Wednesday. The speaker will be Fred Klett, who ministers among the Jewish people for CHAIM.- On March 30 the speakers will be John and Cathy Rug, who are Mission to the World missionaries in Chile.- On March 31, Gospel Fellowship will host a couple who are also missionaries for MTW in another part of the world.- At 9:30 a.m. April 2, Walt and Barbara Coppersmith will discuss their plans to go to Japan to minister with MTW.The conference is open to the public.

All Saints will host Luther filmSLIPPERY ROCK — All Saints Lutheran Church & Student Fellowship will host a free screening of the new movie, “Luther: The Idea that Changed the World,” at 7:15 p.m. Sunday at the Advanced Technology & Science auditorium on the campus of Slippery Rock University.Discussion and fellowship will take place immediately after the movie.
