Church schedules annual fall festivalZELIENOPLE — Oak Grove Lutheran Church, 432 Harkins Mill Road, will have a fall festival from 1 to 6 p.m. Sept. 10 at the church.There will be fire trucks, a kiddie carnival, a bounce house, vendors and homemade pies for sale. Costumed dogs part of fundraiserADAMS TWP — The fourth annual Bark for Books Dog Walk will be at 10 a.m. Sept. 17 at Adams Township Community Park, 698 Valencia Road, Mars. The event will benefit the Mars Public Library.Prizes will be awarded for the dogs with the best costumes. Participants will receive gift bags and hot dogs.Dogs must be on a leash. A parent or guardian must accompany children under 18.Registration is required.
