Nancy J. Paulsen

Nancy J. Paulsen, 86, of Saxonburg passed away Monday at her home.

Born May 6, 1930, in Ford Cliff, Pa., she was the daughter of Glenn V. Rearic and Maude Stephens Rearic.

She worked as an X-Ray and lab technician at the Colonial Clinic, AVH and Dr. Bovard's office in Tarentum.

She was a member of the Saxonburg Memorial Presbyterian Church. She enjoyed hot air ballooning, volunteering at the Saxonburg Museum, tending her flowers and baby-sitting her great-grandsons, Tyler and Hunter.

Surviving are two daughters, Terry (Gerald) Paulsen Jakovac of Butler and Cindy (Ronald) Paulsen Henry of Albuquerque, N.M.; three grandchildren, Sarah, Russell and Daniel; one stepgranddaughter, Keirsten; five great-grandchildren, Hunter, Tyler, Jonathan, Katerina and Jade; and two stepgreat-grandchildren, Mia and Emille.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Lavern J. Paulsen in 2009; and one brother, Glenn V. Rearic Jr.

PAULSEN — A memorial service for Nancy J. Paulsen, who died Monday, Aug. 29, 2016, will be at 10 a.m. Friday at the Saxonburg Memorial Presbyterian Church, the little church, with the Rev.
