A car driven by Emory Lee, 72, of East Orange, N.J., rear-ended a minivan July 24 on Interstate 80 in Scrubgrass Township, Venango County. Rena I. Seltzer, 51, of Ann Arbor, Mich., was driving the van. A police report July 27 incorrectly reported which driver was at fault.
